I had the pleasure of dining for lunch at Vegetable in Studio City, Los Angeles. It is a vegetarian & vegan restaurant but 99.9% of the menu was available as 100% vegan (and gluten-free if requested). I was blown away by how good the food was. I mean…REALLY DELICIOUS! It was healthy, all natural, plant-based comfort food. No processed “fake meats.” I highly recommend you try this place if you live in Los Angeles or are visiting Los Angeles.

I also had Charred Brussels Sprouts & Caramelized Sweet potatoes (not pictures below). everything was super tasty! Hats off to Chef Jerry Yu!
